A card costs 10,000 $BINGO. 20% is burned, 80% goes into the pot. Your second card that round costs double, your third triple, and four is the most you can hold.
An hour after the last ball, anyone can draw the next one. It's rolled from the hash of the block after it's requested, so nobody can pick it. Whoever reveals it gets 0.2% of the pot.
Every ball drawn after you bought your card counts. Balls from before don't, so buying early is better than buying late.
